Using Relationship Repair to Turn Conflict into A Positive Force for Loyalty and Creativity

Did you know that according to the CPP, US Employees spend about 2.8 hours per week dealing with conflict equating to approximately $359 billion in lost productivity?  The Dramatic Results Program helps your organization to have less conflict and drama, so you can save money and increase your bottom line.  Dr. Stephanie inspires everyone in your workplace organization to have a Customer Service Counter for their coworkers!  This is what Dr. Stephanie calls a Relationship Repair Counter™ and she wants you to have one for your boss, your coworkers, and all of the employees in your organization.  At last, there will be greater peace in the Cubicles!  During Stephanie’s Relationship Repair program you will see audience members having an epiphany, AHA moment, as they take an interactive workplace quiz, self-assessments, and surveys  while being able to see the answers of other audience members in real time on their smart phones.  Stephanie uses personal stories, comedy, and teaching to help people see their coworker’s complaints not as something to run away from or to fight against, but rather as an opportunity to build loyalty and creativity within their work team.

Dramatic Results for the Workplace: A Conflict Resolution Workshop to Teach and Practice Relationship Repair Among Coworkers

Format: Two Hour Workshop, Half or Full Day Seminar

In the Workplace Relationship Repair Breakout Workshops and Seminars, Stephanie reviews in greater detail what was introduced during her Keynote.  (Or she presents it for the first time if your organization hires her for the workshop/seminar without a keynote presentation).  Then, the seminar focuses on Dr. Stephanie coaching people to practice the Relationship Repair steps with their coworkers via role plays and small group practice sessions.  At the end of the workshop, every employee will have had multiple opportunities to experience the successful resolution of a workplace complaint.

Make Your Life Matter: How to Motivate Yourself to Repair Life’s Problems and Overcome Adversity

The Make Your Life Matter program includes inspirational stories from everyday people Stephanie has assisted in her role as a professional therapist, including people who during a crisis felt that their life did not matter anymore.  Stephanie shares stories to encourage people during any life journey to overcome adversity and to Make Your Life Matter, and famous people in history.  Stephanie believes that one of her jobs as a professional psychotherapist is to motivate people during their inspirational journeys from crisis to triumph, and talking about therapy in this way adds in a flavor of destigmatizing mental health problems.  Her motivational message is appropriate for all age groups, including college students and youth.  Stephanie includes a dose of comedy, a little upbeat music, and some interactive self-assessment tools to have the audience engaged and inspired.

After attending Make Your Life Matter, your audience will:

  • be inspired to overcome negative messages from people who discourage audience members from trying something new or different, personally or within your organization
  • feel motivated to find meaning in whatever personal or organizational challenges and suffering they are currently facing
